You were notified if you received beds on campus in the housing lottery. The University Housing department has your information and will have your room assignments for you at housing check-in, which will be located in a tent by Dillon Gym. The 20th Reunion team will send you an email about payment closer to Reunions.
Lockouts and Lost Keys
The Housing Crew will have a dedicated mobile for the 20th crew to call should you get locked out of their room. Replacement keycards can be obtained at the Housing tent.
For those who did not opt into BYOL (Bring Your Own Linen), the University is using a new linen vendor this year with more deluxe linens and pillows (towel is larger and not scratchy and pillows are big). Each bed will be provided 2 flat sheets, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 pillow case, 1 blanket, and 1 pillow. The linens will be placed in your rooms.
Sunday Noon Checkout
Keycards are programmed to shut off at noon. Do not get locked out during a shower. 😀Linens will be collected on Sunday and donated to Grad Bag – a non-profit who collects and redistributes lightly-used dorm room items that too often end up in landfills and gives them to incoming college freshmen from low-income households. Please bring your linens to a designated collection bin and recycle keycards at headquarters registration.
Other Housing Resources
The Office of Alumni Affairs maintains an ongoing list of alumni eager to either unload a hotel room or find a hotel room at the last minute. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details, and the list will be shared with the Housing Chairs.
Local homes for rent
Airbnb has many local homes available for rent during Reunions.
