As the Cubs were heating up in the playoffs this fall, Marquis Parker, Brian Spaly, and Kirsten (Ekdahl) Hull met up in Chicago at a joint Stanford Graduate School of Business/Kellogg/Princeton alumni event. The event was hosted at the business Brian founded and where he is CEO, The Trunk Club, a Chicago-based personalized men’s and women’s clothing service. The company was founded in 2009 and sold to Nordstrom in 2014 for $350 million. There were several other Princeton alums at the event, including Erica Jones ’06, also pictured. Marquis and Brian were Stanford Graduate School of Business classmates in addition to being Princeton classmates. Kirsten reports that she attended business school at Kellogg, works in real-estate development and asset management in Chicago at McCaffery Interests, and lives in the Fulton River District of the West Loop with her husband Kevin, 7-year-old Annika, and 4 1/2 year-old Oscar.
